Opportunities is Ambio’s sales pipeline management feature. It visualizes where each lead stands in your sales process—new, in negotiation, or ready to close—providing a clear overview of your entire funnel.

A well-structured pipeline helps you prioritize leads, forecast revenue, and spot bottlenecks in your sales cycle. By clearly seeing which deals need attention, you minimize lost opportunities and maintain momentum in your revenue stream.

How It Works

In the Ambio dashboard, you can categorize leads into stages that mirror your sales process (such as “New Lead,” “Qualified,” “Negotiation,” and “Closed Won/Lost”). You can drag and drop leads between stages as they progress, add notes or tags, and assign tasks to team members. Automated reminders or workflows can be triggered at specific pipeline stages to ensure timely follow-ups and smoother conversions.
