Is there a free trial available?
Currently, we do not offer a free trial during our Founding Members promotion because the discount is already significant. After this promotion ends, we may introduce a standard trial for new users.
How does the Founding Members discount work?
As a Founding Member, you get 50% off monthly or 55% off annual plans for the lifetime of your subscription. This offer is limited to the first [X] sign-ups—once those spots are taken, standard pricing resumes.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa) at any time within your account settings. If you’re switching from monthly to annual, you’ll benefit from an additional discount on top of your Founding Member rate.
What if I exceed my contact or user limit?
If you’re on Plus or Pro and approach your usage limits, you can upgrade to a higher plan. We’ll send you a notification when you’re nearing your cap.
Do I need coding skills to use Ambio?
Not at all. Ambio’s platform is designed with a user-friendly interface and drag-and-drop builders, so you can create funnels, websites, and automations without writing a single line of code.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any time. If you upgrade, your new features and higher usage limits will be available immediately. If you downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We process all payments through Stripe, which accepts most major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) may also be available depending on your region and card issuer. You’ll see all accepted payment options at checkout.
Are there any hidden fees?
We don’t charge hidden fees. However, certain features—such as sending SMS messages, advanced email campaigns, or specific premium add-ons—may incur additional usage-based costs. We’ll always let you know in the platform if a feature requires extra payment, so you can make an informed decision before incurring any charges.
How secure is my data in Ambio?
Security is a top priority. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We also undergo regular security audits to ensure your data remains protected at all times.
What kind of support is provided?
Each plan has a different support level—ranging from basic email support to priority phone, chat, and a dedicated account manager in our Enterprise tier. During your Founding Member period, you also receive priority assistance to help you get set up smoothly.
Can I import my existing contacts or leads?
Definitely. You can upload contacts via CSV or through one of our direct integrations. Our onboarding team can guide you if you have a large or complex data set.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, at which point all paid features will be disabled. We recommend exporting any data you need before cancellation.
How quickly can I see results after signing up?
It depends on how promptly you set up your funnels, automations, and campaigns. Many customers report seeing an increase in leads and conversions within the first few weeks, especially with consistent usage of our marketing tools.
Do you offer refunds?
Because we’re offering deeply discounted Founding Member offer, we generally wouldn't provide refunds during this promotional period. However, if you experience a technical issue or an unexpected situation, please reach out to support@ambio.dev. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness. For monthly subscribers, you can cancel anytime and your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Annual subscribers can also contact us within the first 14 days for partial consideration if an unforeseen issue arises.
